Back to 'Comment' BADFA's response to Consultation on public registers Sch 5 para 2 & Sch 6 paras 4 & 15 of CROW 2000 Act These two consultations indicate the implementation of two matters introduced by the Countryside & Rights of Way Act 2000 (CROW 2000). The replies are on this site, see below, but they really need to be seen in the context of the consultation documents. The consultation documents and BADFA's replies may be seen by arrangement. The first one avoids the silly business of getting a path order to confirm a route is truly a public path, and then having to make another order to get it onto the definitive map.
