All walks are free (except for transport costs where applicable). Bring your own picnic when listed and you may wish to bring something to sit on. Membership is not necessary to take part in walks, but is expected of regulars.

For lifts to the start point or other information ring/email:

David Bearfield (davidbearfield@badfa.org.uk) on 020 8950 4950 or 07585 151757
Yvonne Riley (yvonneriley@badfa.org.uk) on 020 8950 6317 or 07933 703077
Chris Beney (chrisbeney@badfa.org.uk) on 01923 211113.

For overground train journeys please note that this was the time as we went to press.  By the time we travel the time may be slightly different. See the website nearer the time or see the reminder sent out a few days before the walk.  We will buy a group ticket which will be considerably cheaper, so allow a few minutes for us to do this.  You can reimburse us during the walk.

For bus, rail and tube journeys please bring appropriate passes, travel cards, cash or contactless debit cards.

We recommend that you check the details prior to any walk, on www.badfa.org.uk or by phone, especially in periods of bad weather.

We take care to check out the walks for accuracy of length and obstructions etc. but events on the day can disrupt any walk. We also take reasonable care to avoid any problem areas but walkers do take part at their own risk. We carry a mobile phone with us which can also be useful if you can’t find the start of the walk.
